Rick Haythorn embodies the talent, character, and values that define Allied. Over the past 11 years, he has served as a lead Site Superintendent and key on-site craftsman, bringing more than 50 years of trade experience to every project. His leadership, skill, and integrity consistently drove successful outcomes and earned the trust and respect of clients and teammates alike.
