This senior living project involved a comprehensive two-phase renovation of The Village at Germantown, which includes assisted living, memory care, and independent living facilities. In Phase 1, the project scope included a complete gut renovation of the units. This involved demolishing all walls, ceilings, flooring, bathrooms, ductwork, and HVAC systems. Our expert team reconstructed and relocated walls, ductwork, the HVAC system, electrical systems, the fire alarm system, rooms, and bathrooms. Finishes included fresh paint, vinyl flooring, tile work, and new shower pans and units, along with FF&E installed throughout the areas. Common areas and corridors also received new paint, vinyl, and flooring renovations.
Phase 2 of the extensive renovation extended to the Fitness Gym, Salon, and Doctor’s Area. This phase included the installation of new plumbing lines, concrete work, millwork, furnishings, and tile and wood flooring. Throughout the entire renovation, our skilled team took added care and extensive safety measures to ensure resident safety and comfort during the renovation.
