Allied recently completed renovations at the Denver Airport Marriott. We renovated the guest rooms and corridors and management raved about our performance:
I just wanted to say thanks again for the outstanding performance of the Allied Team during the Marriott Denver Airport renovation project. The construction schedule was extremely aggressive and the Allied team delivered the project on time. The quality, workmanship, cleanliness, and attitude of your teams was top-notch and I would not hesitate to work with Allied again.
I especially want to call out the Site Superintendent for his exceptional leadership and professionalism during the renovation. As your Site Superintendent, he quickly established a great working relationship with his Allied team, subcontractors, Property Leadership/Staff and Ownership and always found efficient ways to resolve construction and FF&E issues while still accommodating the Property’s business needs and maintaining the schedule.
During the final punch walk on February 26th, both the Property GM and Owner’s PM called out the Site Superintendent and the entire Allied team for a job well done. The Site Superintendent is a key reason for this project’s success and should be recognized for his individual efforts.
Thanks again and I look forward to working with Allied on future projects.
